Question: Are Martin County's "wealthy coastal elites" willing to do their part for cleaner water?

Or is it all someone else's responsibility?

Two days before I left for vacation (to Key Largo, and yes it was awesome) I got a call from Mona Leonard of Sewall's Point, who said she and her neighbors were being wronged.

Martin County and Sewall's Point town officials want to extend sewer lines south of A1A and want properties along South Sewall's Point Road to connect — at a cost of some $14,000 over the course of 20 years, plus additional expenditures…
